Serves: 1.5 cup
This is a very simple dish made of fresh clean ingredients – no cooking, just raw ingredients
- 1 mango
- 1 tomato
- a bunch of cilantro
- red onion or green onion is optional
- salt and pepper to taste
- Chop up mango and tomato, mince cilantro, mix the ingredients.
- You can add onions you have on hand, or leave them out.
- You also don’t need to add any dressing to this salsa because ripe mango and tomato juices will bind the salsa together.
