Tonight I am trying a new facial moisturizer by Nouveau Organica. It is 100% USDA organic Ultra Hydrating Face Moisturizer. I have tried it on my skin today to see how I like it. I love it!

This is a great product. When you open the can with the moisturizer, right away you can smell the great ingredients in it, primarily the coconut oil. In fact, the consistency of this moisturizer is reminding me of coconut oil I have for cooking. Maybe it is somewhat less greasy. However, when I apply it on my skin, I see a lot of shine, and almost sparkle. I thought they put some shimmer in it at first. It could work as a shimmer for sure, but it is for face, so I am not certain if I would use it during the day for my face. I don’t really like when my face looks too oily. It would be great for night time though, right before bed.

What I like about this moisturizer is that it seems pretty straight forward in its contents. I don’t think anything odd is added in there – just a number of oils to keep your skin nice and hydrated. It has argan oil, shea, coconut oil, rose hip oil, frankincense, and a number of other oils. You could probably do this yourself at home if you had all of these ingredients, and wanted to mix some up yourself, but Nouveau Organica makes it for you, so you don’t have to worry about it.

I have heard a lot about using coconut oil as a homemade moisturizer, and I thought of trying it out, but now I have this product, and I can use it and see for myself.

This product is all-natural, organic, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, cruelty-free. I also like their packaging, seems like a product you would see at high end retailers. My only concern is that it seems quite oily. It seems much more natural though than a lot of moisturizers I have seen or used, so it makes me happy.

This moisturizer costs $27.95 right now.

I received this product free in exchange for my unbiased review. I was not compensated for my review and all my opinions are my own.
