I am somewhat new to the smoothie making process, and I am taking it in with baby steps. Recently I got to try a new product called Pure Goodness Protein powder available at http://mypuregoodness.com/, and my flavor that I got to check out is Pumpkin Seed Protein.
Protein powder is a simple ingredient that you can easily add to your smoothie to make it a lot more nutritious. Just having sugary fruits in there may not be the best option, and simple soy milk with fruits may not be very filling.
