I grew up in Russia, and I have to say that turkey legs have never been in abundance where I grew up and lived. This recipe is from a site by Russian speakers, I think, and here where we live we have seen a few businesses selling fried turkey legs that are run by Russians. Something about turkey legs and Russian traditional cooking I guess comes together, I don\’t know what exactly, but this dish is quite in line with our traditional food flavors I would say.
