I have recently restarted a ketogenic diet after a yearlong hiatus. Previously, I would drink coffee with coconut oil in the morning to help me feel full and I would be able to make it to lunch without any carbs or hunger pangs. I have now discovered Bulletproof Coffee and I have noticed huge differences in how I feel in that period from waking up until lunch.

To make the coffee, I first use a standard drip method. I add one table spoon of ghee first when the coffee is hottest and the ghee will quickly melt. I then use a cappuccino foamer to mix the fats and further improve the emulsification. This way you don’t have a layer of oil on top, which isn’t very appetizing.
