If you use store-bought salsa, you are missing out. Here is my husband’s recipe for salsa. Everything is fresh, and I think you’ll love it. We use this on tacos, nachos, and anything you’d put salsa on. It would also be great on black bean or any kind of burgers. Depending on how spicy you like your salsa, you can experiment with the amount of jalapeno you use. I like a medium salsa, and this is not too spicy for me. If you don’t like avocado, you can leave that out, and this will still be delicious. This is an easy recipe. Just mix together: 3 or 4 Roma tomatoes — diced 1/2 bunch cilantro — chopped 1 small red onion — diced 2 chives — diced 1 jalapeno pepper — diced 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 medium avocado — diced (optional) juice of one lime
