Ginger Flavored Sweet Compound Butter with Maple Syrup and Cinnamon

Add this butter to a salty dessert for a sweet touch - this butter will work well with your favorite waffles or pancakes as well
Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp of grated ginger
  • 2 sticks of unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Leave the butter at room temperature to soften.
  2. Mix butter with grated ginger, maple syrup and cinnamon
  3. Fold butter in parchment paper and form a roll of butter
  4. Store in the fridge, and use a dollop as needed with your dishes.
