This is my delicious take on a stuffed squash recipe using Ling Ling Fried Rice Frozen Entree. A usually a bit intimidating dish of stuffing something and requiring many different steps to completion has been made simple by adding a Ling Ling Fried Rice Frozen Entree. You can experiment with different entrees to your taste!
Ingredients
1 package of Ling Ling Fried Rice Frozen Entree (I have used my favorite Yakiniku Beef)
2 acorn squashes
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
salt/pepper to taste
a dollop of butter
Instructions
Clean up your squash by removing the seeds inside it, thoroughly washing it.
Put salt and pepper on the squash, add a bit of butter.
Bake the squash in the oven at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. Check periodically to see if you need to adjust the time.
While the squash is being baked, prepare Ling Ling Fried Rice Frozen Entree as per package directions.
When the squash is ready, stuff the squash with your prepared rice, and top it up with cheddar cheese.
Broil on high for 5-10 minutes. Make sure that the cheese melts but doesn't start burning.
