Confession: my brain can’t hold my meal planning any more, I have to write it down.
The positive: you get to read what we eat! Yey!
Here is what I got this week:
- 2 winter squashes
- 3 orange carrots
- Bartlett pears
- green kale
- beets + beet greens
- mixed sweet peppers
- green cabbage
- mozzarella cheese share
Here is what I am planning to cook these few days
Saturday – breakfast: potato hash with bacon, eggs; lunch: winter squash with sausage and alfredo sauce, broccoli ; dinner: pizza with mozzarella cheese (need to get pepperoni), braised kale; snack: Bartlett pears, chips, crackers
Sunday – breakfast: potato hash with bacon, eggs; lunch: beet, mixed pepper and red onion salad, ; dinner: pork shoulder slow cooked, green cabbage and carrot slaw, cranberry sauce (will need oranges)
Monday – sweet carrots and squash, breakfast sausage, warm cabbage, carrot and apple salad
Tuesday – beet, red onion and sweet pepper salad, fried potatoes, fish soup
Wednesday – pickled peppers, turnip and radish salad, cilantro (?)
Thursday – new delivery
