Two words: silky tops. This is one of the things I love most about spring fashion: the fact that we can comfortably wear pretty, silky tops without having to worry about freezing in the winter chill! I especially love this top. The material is nice and silky… just the way I like it. I love the cute somewhat hi-lo hem of this shirt, and find it very flattering for both jeans and leggings! The deep burgundy hue is just beautiful, and the pretty lace detailing is darling! Overall, this top is a major winner. Today, I’ve styled my shirt perfectly for a fun afternoon outing. Since this blouse already has a kind of hi-lo hem, I’ve played that up by doing a cute half-tuck in the front. I kind of love how the back of the shirt hangs down in the back! Such a fun and surprising detail for this outfit. I’ve combined the top with my – and no surprise here – trusty medium-wash skinny jeans. These jeans are cut at the ankle (or at least, that’s what I get for having long legs!), showing off my pretty black heels all the more! Sassy heels were the obvious choice …
