Today I have been feeling lazy, and thinking back to the summer we have had this year, reminiscing on memories, and putting together my photo collection for our pool days and sunny experiences.

It’s never too late to stop and even reverse premature aging from sun damage!

Summer is gone, but it doesn’t mean that we have to forget about sunscreens. How did your summer go? Did you remember to apply your favorite sunscreen this year every time?

I get a little paranoid sometimes with sun protection and sunscreens. I believe it is never quite enough when we apply a thin layer of sunscreen, and wear protective swimsuits. Even those who apply sunscreens religiously, several times a day in the sun often do not get enough sun protection. As a result, there are effects and suntan that the sun leaves on our skin, and we are lucky if we get away without a sunburn. Have you suffered from excessive sun damage?

What to do if there is damage done to your skin already? Is that the time to panic? It is always important to have regular doctor appointments, and ask your dermatologist to inspect your moles, and any sun caused irritations, that’s a given. But is there any other way available to us to repair the damage from a few days ago or from any past sun damage?

There is a nighttime routine offered by Goddess Garden that can help reverse the damage after sun exposure, and repair the skin. It is actually important to remember to apply sunscreen not only on those hot beach days. This has to be a daily routine not just in the summer, but year-round. Five Reasons to Wear Sunscreen in the Winter!

Sunlight is probably one of the sole reasons for skin aging, actually sun accounts for 90% of age-related changes. It is not always going to be those red sunburn peels that will be a concern, it is also the daily exposure that we all get just from being outside that will age our skin. This aging is that factor that shows sun damage impact on us. This damage comes from UVA rays and does not show up until later on your skin. Every day our skin gets exposed to UVA rays, even through clouds or glass!
